Construction Projects Across the South Shore
Evolution Pro Builder Group is a licensed and insured construction company based at 42 Edwin Street in Randolph, Massachusetts. The projects on this page run from new construction and home additions through kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, roofing, siding and decks. The same crews and the same supervision, in every town we serve.
New construction and additions
Building from the ground up, and adding to what is already there. Both start the same way: a walk of the lot, a feasibility check against what the town will allow, and a real number before anyone pays for drawings.
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
The two rooms that decide how a house lives. Our bathroom work is built around what you never see: the waterproofing, the pitch of the pan, the blocking behind the wall. That is what fails first when it is skipped.
Roofing, siding and decks
The outside of the house, where weather does the testing. Architectural shingle, taped sheathing and housewrap under the boards, pressure-treated and composite decking built to carry a South Shore winter.
Where we work
Randolph, Braintree, Weymouth and Hingham, through Cohasset, Scituate, Norwell, Hanover, Pembroke, Hanson and Marshfield, down to Duxbury, Kingston, Plymouth, Carver, Halifax, Plympton and Hull.
