2. Estimates & Contracts
All project estimates are provided based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on unforeseen conditions, material cost changes, or scope modifications requested by the client. A formal contract or written agreement will be provided for all projects before work begins. .
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment or project milestone, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee.
4. SMS and Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications from Evolution Pro Builder Group LLC regarding your account and services. These communications may include: appointment reminders and confirmations; project updates and scheduling notifications; feedback requests and follow-ups; and marketing and promotional messages (with your separate opt-in). 5. Service Limitations
We strive to provide professional and thorough construction services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, hidden conditions behind walls, floors, or ceilings, or delays caused by weather, permit processes, or third-party suppliers.
6. Payments & Fees
All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, check, cash or other forms previously agreed). Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Late or failed payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees.
7. Liability & Insurance
Evolution Pro Builder Group LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all projects. Customers are requested to report any concerns about workmanship or damages within 48 hours of project completion or discovery.
8. Age Restriction
Our services and communications are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By booking our services or providing your contact information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
